UpgradingtheProFormDatabase

1. Select to Start > Programs > ProForm. The following dialog box displays.

2. Click Yes to proceed. The following dialog box displays.

3. Click OK. The following message displays.

4. Click OK to begin the database upgrade. When the upgrade is successful, the following message

displays.

5. Click OK.


